All you need for this warmup is a golf club and some space to move. Go through this warmup before a private coaching session or just your personal practice routine.
These warmups progress from a general movement pattern to a golf specific warmup pattern. They are dynamic, total body and incorporate mobility, stability, strength and power. This warmup is appropriate for all ages.
